Following the loss, Quin Snyder of the Hawks makes a mic drop statement against Trae Young.

Atlanta Despite missing a number of important players in Friday’s game against the Sacramento Kings, the Atlanta Hawks persevered until the very end.

Trae Young once again did it all for the squad, but players like Keaton Wallace and Garrison Mathews kept the Hawks in the game with a combined total of 11 three-pointers. Despite playing 42 minutes, Young finished the game with 25 points and 12 assists.

It’s time for everyone to start writing about Trae Young,” Synder stated. “He got blitzed right from the start of the game, but he was calm with the officials.” Before he began hitting Clint in the roll, he was selfless, trusted his teammates, and got off the ball early to shooters. With six minutes remaining in the game, he gained the lead and handled the match.

If no one respects the mental tenacity he must play with at this moment, when everything is going through him, after seeing his performance tonight. The man was incredible, and I was impressed by his competitiveness and his faith in his colleagues.

That was a tremendous performance, and even if we lost the game, we shouldn’t lose sight of it. I don’t mean to minimize the effort of other individuals.
