LSU women’s basketball standout Flau’jae Johnson has made her relationship with Tigers wide receiver Chris Hilton Jr. Instagram official after months of speculation.

Flau’jae Johnson, a sensation on the LSU women’s basketball team, surprised her fans with a joyous announcement that she was dating Tigers football standout Chris Hilton Jr.

Johnson shared a number of pictures from a holiday photo shoot with Hilton on Instagram on Christmas Eve. In the cute pictures, the pair can be seen holding hands and grinning while wearing matching pyjamas. “Santa Listened #MerryChristmas,” Johnson wrote as the caption for the endearing photo, which has received more than 240,000 likes so far.

Johnson has given followers subtle hints about her love life before formally announcing it on Instagram. The 21-year-old posted Instagram stories in November that featured an unidentified lover close to a bed with candles and rose petals, behind a neon sign that read, “Be My GF.”

Hilton appeared to confirm their relationship status after LSU defeated Oklahoma 37–17. He indicated that they were in a relationship by sharing a picture of them cuddling in front of a mirror and another from a photo shoot. Given that Johnson has already stated that she prefers athletes, the relationship between her and Hilton is not surprising. She said: “I don’t see myself dating a regular person,” when she appeared on ‘The Baller Alert Show’ in April. A NARP cannot be dated. “Normal — Ordinary Individual.” She added, “You can’t date no short boy,” to further explain why she was drawn to sports. You must be a decent person. You must have a nice heart, be amusing, and be able to make me laugh. I don’t require bad energy from anyone.

At Zachary High School, Hilton first became well-known around the country for his football and track and field prowess. He committed to the Tigers, but he struggled with injuries throughout his first two seasons at LSU, where he was ranked by 247 Sports as the No. 4 overall talent in Louisiana and No. 54 in the country. Hilton made 13 receptions for 225 yards and two touchdowns in 11 games during his sophomore season, including two starts. He had a season-high three receptions for 56 yards and a touchdown in the ReliaQuest Bowl versus Wisconsin, which was his greatest performance to date. Promotion
