Report: Diddy Accuser Alleges LeBron Witnessed Him in Distress After Assault at ‘Freak-Off’
New troubling accusations against disgraced hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs have surfaced. Joseph Manzaro has filed a lawsuit against Diddy, alleging human trafficking and claiming he was sexually assaulted at a 2015 “freak-off” party in Miami.
Manzaro also alleges that NBA star LeBron James saw him in a distressed state following the alleged assault.
“A new accuser has come forward against Diddy, claiming he was sexually assaulted, raped, and humiliated at a ‘freak-off’ party in Miami … and he alleges Jay-Z, Beyoncé, LeBron James, and Gloria Estefan saw him in a vulnerable state,” TMZ Sports reported.
According to Manzaro, he encountered James in a hallway wearing only a bath towel. Upon seeing Manzaro, James reportedly remarked, “Y’all better do something about that.”
The lawsuit states that Manzaro was drugged and transported to Star Island for the party. Once there, he claims Diddy humiliated him by attaching a fake penis to his face.
Manzaro was mocked and ridiculed as he was forcibly paraded through different rooms. Diddy allegedly encouraged others to degrade him and ordered that his clothes be removed.
As a result, Manzaro says he was stripped and dressed in a thong bikini bottom and a black leather mask zipped over his head.
Manzaro is seeking damages and has named Diddy and his alleged drug mule, Brendan Paul, in the lawsuit. However, Diddy’s legal team has strongly refuted the claims in a statement to TMZ.
“This lawsuit exposes the extreme lengths people will go to in order to gain media attention and a payout,” the statement read. “No reasonable person could believe these accusations. Mr. Combs looks forward to proving these falsehoods and the dishonest motives behind them in court.”
If Manzaro did, in fact, see James that night, it occurred years before James joined the Lakers. In 2015, James was in the early stages of his second tenure with the Cleveland Cavaliers, the team that drafted him first overall in 2003.
James has faced criticism for his association with Diddy. Last November, a spectator at an NFL game between the Philadelphia Eagles and Los Angeles Rams confronted James, accusing him of attending Diddy’s parties.
If the allegations against Diddy and Paul are true, justice must be served, and those responsible should face the appropriate consequences for what allegedly transpired years ago.
