Football has not been kind to Calvin Ramsay since he joined Liverpool last summer, with the defender plagued by injury problems in recent months.
The right back arrived from Aberdeen with an undiagnosed back problem and has not improved on the injury front since. The youngster has not featured in a competitive game at a high level since his start for Liverpool in the League Cup win over Derby in November. Ramsay had to undergo surgery on a serious knee injury in February, ending his first campaign at Anfield early.
