He is back … Jurgen Klopp confirms about the crazy star

The Liverpool player is now fit to play against Arsenal Liverpool head coach Jürgen Klopp has confirmed that Ryan Gravenberch has returned to training and is now fit for the national team. The Reds face Premier League leaders Arsenal today in what is likely to be their toughest game of the season so far. They have to be at their best to win and having Gravenberch back is a huge boost. Jürgen Klopp confirms Ryan Gravenberch is fit for Liverpool-Arsenal In the summer, Liverpool signed Ryan Gravenberch from Bayern Munich (BBC) for around £34m. The Dutch international has had a terrible time in the Bundesliga. He barely played for Bayern and therefore desperate to leave the German championship. Liverpool have been linked with a move for Gravenberch all summer, but the Reds only completed the deal on deadline day. The 21-year-old has been pretty good under Jürgen Klopp. The German swarmed him on numerous occasions – even branded his first touch “crazy” a few months ago (Liverpool’s official website). Gravenberch was substituted against Manchester United last weekend and therefore missed the win against West Ham United. He was considered a doubt for today’s clash with Arsenal, but Klopp confirmed yesterday that he is fit and ready to go. However, Diogo Jota and Alexis MacAllister were sidelined. Klopp said yesterday, according to the Liverpool Echo: “He (Gravenberch) is back. Macca and Diogo are close but not ready for tomorrow (today). Gravenberch probably won’t start today Arsenal were not as fluid in attack as they were last season, scoring five fewer goals than at the same stage last season. At the same time, it is still a very dangerous team, and this is also proven by the fact that they are currently at the top of the Premier League table. Liverpool, of course, need a defensive midfielder to start and Wataru Endo should get the nod. Just ahead of him is Dominik Szoboszlai, who finally scored against West Ham this week. Man of the Carabao Cup was Curtis Jones. He probably had his best game in a Liverpool shirt this week and fully deserves to keep his place. So, even if Gravenberch is fit, we think he will start today against Arsenal on the bench.
