FINAL DEAL: Steelers Sign Jacob Copeland Again, How It Affects the Team and Brandon Aiyuk Rumors.

Wide receiver Copeland Jacob returns to the Steelers.

The Pittsburgh Steelers declared on Friday that they had signed wide receiver Jacob Copeland to a one-year deal. Following WR Denzel Mims’ release earlier this week, this occurs. During his collegiate career, Copeland attended both Florida and Maryland; we all know how much the Steelers adore Maryland’s prospects because of Mike Tomlin. Dino Tomlin, the son of Tomlin, played for the Terrapins in 2019–2021.

Copeland, who will begin his second season after signing a UDFA contract with the Tennessee Titans last year, is a player whose likeness to the Steelers is hard to determine. He has now served with the black and gold for three stints. In September of last year, he inked a deal to join the practice squad, and in early October, he was let go. In late November, he returned to the team, and in early December, the team decided to cut bait. That is why it is unclear why they are drawn to the pass-catcher.

Because the Steelers were thought to be interested in San Francisco 49ers star wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk, Mims’ release created quite a commotion in Steel City.

Given that Copeland is currently the 90th player on the roster, the rumors around him ought to fade fast. if only momentarily. How do you feel about Copeland? Does this, in your perspective, affect Brandon Aiyuk in any way? Tell us in the space provided for comments!
