Jared Goff, the quarterback of the Detroit Lions, married swimsuit model Christen Harper in a quiet ceremony on June 22. While Goff has yet to share any images from the big day, Page Six shared photos of Harper’s emotional reaction during the ceremony.
The couple had been dating for about five years before getting engaged in 2022. Harper has been a frequent attendee at Lions games, cheering on Goff and his teammates.
Andrew Whitworth, Goff’s former Los Angeles Rams colleague, uploaded photos from the ceremony on Instagram, highlighting the modest venue in Ojai, California. Whitworth also shared a photo of the newlywed pair dancing at the reception.
The couple’s dog, Quincy, was also present at the ceremony, and the newlyweds posed for photos with the pup, according to the article. In an April interview with People, Goff expressed excitement about returning to their home state for the wedding.
“It’s been a long time coming, and now you can see it on the horizon, and I know she’s excited,” he said. “I understand she’s doing a lot of the planning. I haven’t been too involved, and I hope to get back into it now, but it will be a lot of fun.”
While the ceremony was primarily private, Goff and Harper said they intended for it to be a “big party” for their close friends.
