A MASSIVE SETBACKA: Parramatta Eels faces severe setback as Rockie Mitchell Moses is ruled out for the remainder of the 2024 NRL season due to a ruptured biceps.

As Moses has surgery, the rookie will miss the remainder of the campaign.

The Parramatta Eels have released the most recent information regarding halfback Mitchell Moses, who will miss the remainder of the 2024 NRL season due to a ruptured biceps. Moses suffered the injury during the NSW Blues’ 2024 State of Origin series victory over the QLD Maroons in Game 3.

The Eels have announced that he will begin his rehabilitation after the surgery with the goal of returning for pre-season training the following year.

Additionally, it has been announced that Charlie Guymer, a rookie forward, will miss the rest of the season due to an ankle (syndesmosis) injury sustained in Round 19. Guymer will also require surgery in the coming days. Due to their injuries, the aforementioned pair will be sidelined alongside J’maine Hopgood, Junior Paulo, Bailey Simonsson, Maika Sivo, and Kelma Tuilagi, their teammates.
