Chariah Gordon went from supporting Taylor Swift in the stands with the Kansas City Chiefs to supporting her in a stadium!
On Friday, November 1, Gordon, the fiancée of Chiefs player Mecole Hardman Jr., travelled to Indianapolis to support the pop sensation at the last leg of the Eras Tour’s U.S. leg at Lucas Oil Stadium.
Gordon posted a video of Swift performing on stage along with the caption, “Go sister!!!!!!” and several heart eye emojis on her Instagram Stories to share the fun. In a second video, Chariah was seen clutching a cup in her free hand and singing along to “You Belong With Me” while standing on the floor seats section.
Gordon hinted that she was going to the event by wearing Swift merchandise in what looked like an airport and tweeting footage of it along with the words “brb” and a blushing face emoji. Gordon, who recently told PEOPLE that she hasn’t seen Swift on tour since it started in March 2023, went to one of her Eras Tour shows for the first time. It seems sense that she has a busy schedule as a mother of two who frequently travels to see her soon-to-be husband perform.
If Gordon intends to return to Kansas City to watch the Chiefs play at Arrowhead Stadium on Monday, November 4, her journey to Indianapolis won’t last long. One day after Swift concludes the U.S. leg of the Eras Tour, the game will take place. Later in November, Swift will travel to Canada.When the Chiefs defeated the New Orleans Saints 26–13 at Arrowhead Stadium on Monday, October 7, Gordon and Swift were last spotted cheering together. The Chiefs had won five straight games this season.
Swift met Gordon in the VIP suite following the game. “What are your thoughts on this victory?” Standing in front of a framed promotional poster for the “August” singer’s tour, Gordon posed the question to the singer. Swift put her arm around Gordon’s shoulder and said, “No, it’s important that you answer the question this time,” as she held a plastic Chiefs cup filled with a beverage. Gordon made headlines in September when he replicated a widely shared couple’s photo from the 2023 NFL season that featured Hardman Jr., Swift, and Kelce. She earlier posted an Instagram carousel of pictures that were full of PDA.
Gordon posted a similar group photo after the Chiefs’ victory over the Ravens on September 6, just over a year later. Gordon captioned the photo, “Part : ii <3 …,” seemingly pointing out that it was the second time they had taken pictures in the same stance.
