The Detroit Lions’ injury woes continue to mount as two cornerbacks, including Khalil Dorsey, sustained injuries in the second quarter of their Week 15 game against the Buffalo Bills. Cornerback Carlton Davis left the field before to Dorsey’s injury and is being evaluation for a concussion. It is doubtful if he will return.

Later in the quarter, Dorsey sustained a horrific lower leg injury, of which we will not show the footage due to its unsightly nature. If you want to see it, a basic search on social media will bring it up. Here is the most recent information about Dorsey’s condition.

Injury update for Khalil Dorsey: Dorsey has been ruled out for the rest of the game due to an ankle injury, as anticipated.

The video of the injury is available online, but be warned—it is graphic. Unfortunately, Dorsey was struck by a teammate, thus it was friendly fire.

END OF UPDATE: The video of Dorsey’s injury, which we have regrettably seen, is just as graphic as the one that Aidan Hutchinson sustained in Week 6. Dorsey was taken off the pitch with his leg in an air cast and will not be playing again. If new details regarding the injury’s nature become available, we’ll update this article. Updates on Davis are also available here.
