Amon-Ra St. Brown, a wide receiver for the Detroit Lions, had a new look to show off Thursday night. Before his team started their run to the Super Bowl, he dyed his hair blue. The 25-year-old St. Brown watched the Pistons play the Golden State Warriors, a team that Steph Curry’s team lost by three points.

The Lions secured the No. 1 seed in the NFC with a 15-2 record, which is equal to the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC. St. Brown and teammate Jahmyr Gibbs had one of the best seats in the house for the NBA game, which saw Curry score 17 points en route to his team’s victory. The two have a weekend off as the playoffs get underway.

St. Brown and Gibbs will be closely monitoring their NFC competitors as the action unfolds throughout the weekend. After the weekend is over, they will play the club with the lowest seed remaining, which may be one of four teams: the Green Bay Packers, Minnesota Vikings, Los Angeles Rams, and Washington Commanders.

Because of their seedings, they will not be able to play the Philadelphia Eagles or the Tampa Bay Buccaneers until later. Detroit has a lot to be optimistic about heading into the postseason thanks to St. Brown, Gibbs, and the Lions offence, which is led by quarterback Jared Goff. The fact that star running back David Montgomery could make a full recovery from a knee injury next weekend for whoever they play in the playoffs has also given them hope. However, given the numerous injuries to important players during the regular season, concerns about the defense’s current state still exist.

Carlton Davis III, Alim McNeill, and Aidan Hutchinson have all sustained serious injuries.
