Spencer Pratt and his spouse, Heidi Montag, lost their lovely residence because of the Los Angeles wildfires, and according to reports, the pair along with their neighbors has opted to file a lawsuit against the State of California. According to TMZ, their residence was completely destroyed by fire after it first ignited on January 7th.
