Since the Detroit Lions’ disappointing end to the 2024 season in the Divisional Round of the playoffs, the narrative has remained consistent: the Lions are set up for long-term success. This optimism is not limited to those within Detroit’s fanbase either.

Bucky Brooks of NFL.com recently released his Super Bowl window rankings, placing the Lions second, just behind the reigning Super Bowl champions, the Philadelphia Eagles.

“Brad Holmes and Dan Campbell have put together a tough, competitive team with incredible skills and playmaking potential,” Brooks wrote about the Lions’ potent offense. “From Jared Goff to a standout group of playmakers (Jahmyr Gibbs, David Montgomery, Amon-Ra St. Brown, Jameson Williams, and Sam LaPorta) to a powerful offensive line (led by Penei Sewell and Frank Ragnow), the Lions are built to win through either strength or finesse in 2025 and beyond.”

You can read the full section on the Lions and see where the rest of Brooks’ rankings land here.

Now, for today’s other updates:
