Chicago Sky to Host 2025 Indiana Fever Games at United Center
CHICAGO (February 28, 2025) — The Chicago Sky announced that their two home games against the Indiana Fever will now take place at the United Center in Chicago, Ill.
As part of the schedule adjustment, the game originally set for Saturday, July 26, has been rescheduled to Sunday, July 27, with tipoff at 2 p.m. CT. The matchup on Saturday, June 7, will remain unchanged, with tipoff at 7 p.m. CT.
These games mark the first-ever WNBA matchups at the United Center, featuring highly anticipated contests between the Sky and Fever. Fans can expect to see Chicago’s Angel Reese, Kamilla Cardoso, Courtney Vandersloot, and Ariel Atkins, alongside Indiana’s Caitlin Clark, DeWanna Bonner, Natasha Howard, and Kelsey Mitchell.
“With the WNBA’s rapid growth, we’re excited to host this matchup at the United Center, giving more fans a chance to experience the game,” said Sky President and CEO Adam Fox. “Our fans have always shown incredible support, and this move rewards their passion with expanded seating. Skytown will create an unforgettable atmosphere this summer. We’re grateful to the United Center and MPEA for making this possible, as well as Wintrust Arena for their continued support.”
This will be the first time in franchise history that the Sky will play at the United Center. “We’re thrilled to welcome the Chicago Sky and Indiana Fever to the United Center for the venue’s first WNBA games,” said Joe Myhra, United Center Executive Vice President and COO. “Hosting these elite athletes highlights the growing impact of women’s sports in an arena known for historic basketball moments.”
