NFL rumors suggest the Las Vegas Raiders could still add another All-Pro receiver
The Las Vegas Raiders have made a few unexpected moves this offseason. Not only did they replace inexperienced head coach Antonio Pierce with one of the NFL’s most seasoned leaders, Super Bowl winner Pete Carroll, but they also secured a new franchise quarterback by trading for Geno Smith.
However, the Raiders may not be finished making impactful additions to their roster. Their next move could involve another former Pro Bowl player.

Although he’s only recently arrived in Vegas, Smith has wasted no time getting to work.
One of his recent training sessions involved throwing to four-time Pro Bowl wide receiver Stefon Diggs this offseason. Diggs was traded to the Houston Texans last offseason and recorded 496 yards and three touchdowns before his season was cut short by a torn ACL after just eight games.
Now, Diggs is a free agent, and his market has been slow to develop. With Smith in Vegas, it’s likely the quarterback and receiver have discussed the possibility of teaming up on the Raiders.
Although Diggs has been seen working with multiple quarterbacks this offseason, the fact that he’s trained with the Raiders quarterback doesn’t guarantee they’ll become teammates on an NFL field.
