Megan Stefanski, a Goetzville native, was awarded NFL Fan of the Year for her unwavering devotion to the Honolulu Blue and Silver.<\/p>\n
The Lions chose Stefanski as their 2024 Fan of the Year, a distinction that quickly made her one of the most admired figures in the fanbase. Her schedule soon filled up with various commitments, including meet-and-greets and hosting tailgates with fellow Lions enthusiasts like Chef Geech.<\/p>\n
In December, Stefanski was surprised by her friends, family, and Lions mascot Roary, who revealed that she would be attending Super Bowl LIX to represent the team.<\/p>\n
What makes Stefanski\u2019s dedication so special is her commitment to attending Lions games. A devoted fan, she drives over 10 hours and 700 miles from Goetzville to Ford Field for each home game.<\/p>\n
Stefanski is also a member of the Pro Football\u2019s Ultimate Fan Association and the Tailgating Hall of Fame. She has built a strong presence in the fan community by organizing weekly gatherings and coordinating travel groups for road games.<\/p>\n
The NFL\u2019s website also highlights that Stefanski organizes a charity event every summer at her family\u2019s bar and grill, Yooperman\u2019s, to benefit Hospice of the EUP, an event supported by fellow Lions fans who attend in droves.
