In a swift development this week, Ohio State is allegedly poised to bring on former Detroit Lions head coach Matt Patricia as its upcoming defensive coordinator.<\/p>\n

The action taken by Ryan Day and the Buckeyes has largely been met with laughter (or outright ridicule) from Michigan’s supporters, as well as bewilderment from some on social media. Patricia faced significant challenges during his time with the Lions, distancing himself from many of his players and a large portion of the Detroit fanbase throughout his three-year tenure with the team.<\/p>\n
