Swindon Town have made an encouraging start under Ian Holloway, and attention is now turning toward what the experienced manager could do next.
The Robins have shown plenty of attacking quality early in the campaign, including a 3–1 victory over Port Vale at the County Ground. That result continued Swindon’s impressive home form and gave supporters plenty of reasons to be optimistic.
But Holloway may not be satisfied with simply maintaining the current momentum.
The Swindon boss has built a squad capable of competing near the top of League Two, and his experience could prove important as the season develops. The manager has already been at the club since October 2024 and signed a long-term contract through June 2028.
