Swindon Town produced a stunning second-half comeback against Colchester United, and manager Ian Holloway could now face an interesting selection decision after watching Aaron Drinan deliver a sensational hat-trick.
The Robins went into half-time trailing 1–0 after Kylian Kouassi gave Colchester the lead. Swindon struggled to find their rhythm during the opening period, but Holloway made changes at the break that helped completely change the match.
Drinan then became the star of the afternoon.
After having his penalty saved, the Swindon striker reacted quickest to score the rebound and level the contest. He later added two more goals to complete his hat-trick and turn the match completely in Swindon’s favour.
