The Los Angeles Lakers have revised the injury statuses of LeBron James and Luka Doncic for the game against the LA Clippers.

The Los Angeles Lakers have achieved five straight victories, following a significant triumph over their local opponent, the LA Clippers, on Friday. After their winning run, the Lakers have climbed to third in the Western Conference and will face the Clippers for a rematch on Sunday evening.

The Clippers have dropped four of their last five games, and even with one of the league’s best defenses, they were highlighted by the Lakers on Friday. Lakers stars Luka Doncic and LeBron James teamed up for 59 points in their victory against the Clippers, while no other Laker reached double figures.

The Clippers were close to getting a break against the Lakers in Sunday’s rematch as Doncic and James were listed in the injury report, but both superstars have been upgraded. Doncic is likely to play due to managing a left calf injury, while James is expected to play following management of a left foot injury.

Both of the Lakers stars are expected to play on Sunday, and they will probably pose more challenges for the Clippers defense.

James, 40, is currently averaging 24.9 points, 8.1 rebounds, and 8.6 assists per game this season, featuring shooting splits of 52.1/39.5/76.4. Doncic, 26, is posting averages of 26.4 points, 8.4 rebounds, and 7.5 assists per game with shooting splits of 44.4/33.0/76.6.

Doncic and James have firmly established themselves as one of the league’s premier duos, particularly when they are both in good health. Even though they are managing injuries before Sunday’s match, the star duo will pose a challenge for the Clippers.
