Nittany Lions Sign Nine to Complete 2024 Women’s Soccer Recruiting Class: TopDrawerSoccer ranks Penn State’s signing class as the sixth best in the country.
PARK UNIVERSITY, PA On Monday afternoon, Penn State women’s soccer head coach Erica Dambach announced the addition of nine future Nittany Lions to the team’s 2024 roster. PSU’s 2024 recruiting class was ranked No. 5 in the country by TopDrawerSoccer.
Six student-athletes who received national rankings from TopDrawerSoccer were welcomed by the Blue & White during the 2024 recruiting window, along with four defenders, three forwards, a midfielder, and a goalie. Kealey Titmuss, the top-ranked goalkeeper and 20th-ranked prospect overall, leads the group. Katie Scott, a midfielder for the U17 U.S. Youth National Team, and Addison Hess, a forward ranked 27th overall, provide depth and a lot of experience across the pitch. To round out the nine-person class, PSU recruited Bella Ayscue, Lilly Burger, Jolie Farmer, Kieryn Jeter, Aubrey Kulpa, and Natalie Magnotta.
Penn State’s class concluded as the fifth-ranked group in the country, topping all present Big Ten Conference members and placing second when future B1G programs are taken into account. Recent additions to the Nittany Lion program, including as midfielder Jordan Fusco and defenders Kayleigh Herr and Ginger Fontenot, are a result of TopDrawer’s December release. The four schools ahead of PSU in the poll were UCLA, Stanford, North Carolina, and Notre Dame, in order of ranking. Four other B1G members, both present and prospective, received ranked classes; USC (ranked eighth), Michigan State (ranked thirteenth), Washington (ranked eighteen), and Maryland (ranked twentieth) completed the list.
“I am incredibly excited to welcome Bella, Lilly, Jolie, Addison, Kieryn, Aubrey, Natalie, Katie and Kealey to the Penn State women’s soccer family,” Dambach stated. We as a program are really proud of our class’s national ranking, especially in the top five. This student-athletes’ five-star ranking is a result of their years of dedication to their craft and the unwavering efforts of our coaching team to bring these amazing individuals to school. I’m excited to work with each and every one of these nine young women and to watch what they accomplish while living in Happy Valley.
