The South Carolina Gamecocks are heading into the new season with one of the deepest rosters in the country — and that could leave head coach Dawn Staley with a major decision to make before the opening tip.
South Carolina’s 2026–27 roster features 15 players, including returning talent such as Joyce Edwards, Tessa Johnson, Ashlyn Watkins and Chloe Kitts, while several talented freshmen and transfers have also joined the program.
